  Battlehawk -   A Sparra warrior.


  Cerdic,Abbot -   Redwall leader
prior to Mortimer. 


  Cheesethief -   Rat solder in
Cluny the Scourge's army. Rival of Scragg, whom he killed.
Killed by Constance and the beaver. 


  Chickenhound -   Fox. Son of
Sela.


  Clemence,Sister -   Older mouse.
Resident of Redwall Abbey. 


  Cluny the Scourge -   Large,
black rat warlord. Has an unusually long tail, which he  
uses as a whip. Originally from the North. Lost an  
eye in a battle with a pike. He and his horde waged  
a war against Redwall Abbey in the Summer of the Late Rose.
During the war, he fell from a tall tree and was severly
wounded. Sela the Vixen healed him, and the war continued. 
He was able to gain entry to Redwall, but Matthias killed 
him by dropping the Joseph Bell on him. 


  Abram Vole -   Colin Vole's
father. He and his family were held captive by Cluny during 
the Late Rose Summer Wars. 


  Ambrose Spike -   Hedgehog
cellarkeeper of Redwall. Knows magic tricks. Was injured 
by Cluny's army early in the Late Rose Summer Wars. 


  Asmodeus Poisonteeth   Giant
adder who lived in the old quarry north-east of Redwall Abbey. 
Killed by Matthias the Warrior,while he is retrieving the 
Sword of Martin. 


  Basil Stag Hare -   Hare of
Mossflower who idolizes stags. Friend of Matthias and 
the Redwallers. Has a huge appetite. Former member of 
the Fur and Foot Fighting Patrol. 


  Colin Vole -   Young vole with no
manners. He and his parents were held hostage by Cluny's 
army. 


  Constance   Female badger
guardian of Redwall.


  Cornflower Fieldmouse -   Likes
to wear headbands. Wife of Matthias the Warrior, mother of 
Mattimeo.


  Darkclaw -   Rat Captain in Cluny
the Scourge's army. 


  Dunwing Sparra -   Sister of 
King Bull Sparra,widow of Greytail,mother of Queen Warbeak.


  Edmund,Brother -   Resident of
Redwall Abbey. Was on sentry duty the night Shadow climbed 
the abbey wall. 


  Fangburn -   Rat Captain in Cluny
the Scourge's army. Illiterate. Killed by Constance. 


  Foremole -   Title given to the
leader of the Redwall moles.


  Frogblood -   Rat captain in
Cluny the Scourge's army.


  Gaffer -   Mole resident of Redwall Abbey. 


  George,Brother -   Mouse resident
of Redwall Abbey.


  Greytail   Husband of Dunwing,
father of Queen Warbeak. Very brave. Was killed by 
Asmodeus.


  Guosim -   Female shrew. Killed
by Asmodeus.

other Redwallers. 


  Hugo,Friar -   Fat mouse. Head
cook of Redwall. Wears a dockleaf on his tail and a white 
apron.

Sam. Involved in Late Rose Summer Wars. Champion climber.
